Already we started our second week of Elf on the Shelf fun. If you missed last week's episode, check it out here.
Thursdday morning they were hanging out with a polar bear on the stairs.
On Friday morning, our elves were already looking forward to the World Cup soccer match between Switzerland and Serbia. For this purpose they exchanged Panini pictures. We find out that Cookie was hoarding the Swiss players for himself, and tried to foist the eliminated Germans on Biscuit.
Five a day - here's four of them: mandarines, bananas, Cookie and Biscuit ;-)
Last weekend Colin got sick and couldn't play. This time, the elves were hopeful! It was another exhibition game against a team that does not play within our region but seems to be about the same strenght.
Would you believe me if I told you the game ended in a tie? The opponent was luckier and won after shootout.Cookie and Biscuit enjoyed the game, no matter what.
As if getting up on Monday morning wasn't hard enough - today our elves replaced the regular toilet paper with gift wrapping paper!
Colin and his classmates are playing Secret Santa, and he got a reindeer pen and and antler glasses. Since he doesn't seem to use these items, the elves took posession.
I've been too busy, I didn't even have a chance to stock up my coffee supply. Here are our elves, reminding me to do so.
This is our second week in the books. I don't like how fast December is going by, but it is what it is. Have a great weekend!
