UBC January 2025 - Kiwi Pizza



A while ago I saw this meme on how to annoy Italians 🤪 


This was back in December. Our elves thought it was time to get to it. Give it up for pineapple 🍍 kiwi 🥝 pizza 🍕!
It may not be for everyone but I liked it 🤩 No hard feelings, my dear Italian friends ❤️



The trick is to put all the toppings on the pizza for baking, except the kiwi. 

Now - let's talk about where I draw the line: 



That's a hard NO!

How far would you go? Pineapple? Kiwi? Water melon? Lemon? Banana?

  3. I just had bacon and pineapple pizza yesterday! I love adding "non-traditional" toppings but mostly with alfredo sauce. Not big on red sauce unless it's for my meatballs!

  4. I would want to stick to fruits like kiwi and pineapple, myself. Maybe banana? I've been to Pampered Chef parties where they use cream cheese instead of sauce and it is delicious!!

  5. Tamara, you raise serious questions, here! ;-) I don't go for sweet ingredients on pizza. I like most pizza combinations, including anchovies. I do like white pizzas, decked with Alfredo sauce, with toppings like shredded roast chicken, sliced mushrooms, garlic, even shredded Swiss cheese on top. But for me, fruit belongs on a cookie pizza: spread out shortbread-type cookie dough, top with cream cheese icing, bake, add the fruit. The main thing is to have fun with it!
