Elf on the Shelf, Season 2018, Episode 4

Welcome back, almost Christmas!

Last week Cookie, our Elf on the Shelf,  doctored Colin's hockey game line-up by making herself (Santa's) MVP, and she also taught us some fun facts about maple syrup.

Let's see what she has been up to this week!

Saturday started off with Cookie taking a cab ride in one of the 13,500 yellow taxi 🚖 cabs cruising around NYC, and each of them is doing an average of 180 miles per shift!

May 17, 1964, Tim Hortons ☕️ was founded by hockey player 🏒 Tim Horton in what Canadian 🇨🇦 province?
Today there are over 4,600 stores worldwide 🌎 - still waiting in Switzerland 🇨🇭, though!
What is your favorite donut? 🍩
PS: we are super excited about the snow! ❄️

Christmas Island 🇨🇽 is surrounded by which Ocean? 🌊
Arctic, Atlantic, Indian, Pacific or Southern?

Cookie discovered the fancy autograph cards Colin got for completing his skateathon 🏒 goals and asked for one, signed for ‘Cookie, the Elf’. She is even wearing skates for the occasion.

Cookie recommends some silly fun early in the morning: ask Siri why fire trucks 🚒 are red? (Do it!)

Walk of fame... how many stars do you think there are? 2,000 or 2,300 or 2,600?
Did you know the Apollo XI Crew has moons 🌙 instead of stars? ⭐️

Which christmassy town does NOT exist?
Santa Claus, Indiana
Christmas, Michigan
North Pole, Oklahoma
Cookie, D.C.
Noel, Missouri
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

This concludes another week of Elf on the Shelf fun. Cookie will hang around our house for another week, so stay tuned.

Happy Winter Solstice!
