Last week we found out our Elf Cookie brought a friend whom Colin named Biscuit - Cookie's British counterpart. He was introduced to us as the shy buddy who likes to hide.
Well, one morning he clearly lost all of his original reservations and probably even initiated a prank: they filled Oreo cookies with toothpaste, body lotion and hair conditioner. Naughty elves!
Usually Cookie and Biscuit are known for their sweet tooth. One day, however, they were in the mood for spicy food. They rolled each other up in tortillas, holding on to their chilli and jalapeño, hoping we'd get the hint. I did, guys, I did. Here's my take on tortilla lasagna ;-)
December 6 is when Switzerland's (and Germany's) kids get a visit from St. Nicolas. Read more about it here. Some kids put their boots at the front door in hopes Samichlaus will fill them with treats. We prefer our indoor stockings. Unfortunately, due to Covid the delivery got a tiny bit delayed.
In the meantime our elves enjoyed their lollipop that can be dipped into sherbet powder.
What's to see in our oven, elves?
Marshmallow snowmen for hot chocolate, that's what! Not sure why they were kept in the oven though. Actually I know. There wasn't space anywhere else...
The next day it looks like our elves found themselves in the enchanted forest with Bambi - where they waiting for Snowwhite?
We found a note informing us Cookie and Biscuit left for the amusement park *with the girls*, and that's the last we've heard of them.
Everybody was very worried when they didn't return for two days! Santa had even missing elves milk bottles printed.
We still haven't seen them back at our house, and neither have they checked in with Santa via Zoom, so we don't know what's going on. Will they be back soon? Should you see or hear from them, please let us know, we miss them!
Thank you this made me happy
