Elf on the Shelf, Season 2021 - Episode 4

Last week, our elves worked at the donut shop, doctored themselves into Taylor Swift's snow globe and mocked "Last Christmas", so let's see what they are up to this week:

Kicking the week off by hanging out with Peely 🍌, a Fortnite Character (or so I googled.)
"It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time!" 

Cookie and Biscuit are making sure everybody knows where to go, no matter if they are driving 🚘 home for Christmas to 🎉 rock around the Christmas tree 🎄, practice their take-off 🦌 or sneak a peak at Santa’s 🎅🏼 workshop! 🎁 The signpost was hand-made by an artist a friend recommended. Love me some networking!

"Greetings from the fridge! Have an eggcellent Day!" Cookie and Biscuit’s way of wishing the egg 🍳 lovers of our family a tasty start into Sunday. They even went ahead and decorated 🌟 the eggs 🥚. So if you've been thinking there was no such thing as Christmas 🎄 Eggs: think again.

Hanging out with Santa 🎅🏼 today... I wonder if Cookie and Biscuit have any plans? Visiting a Christmas 🎄 Market perhaps? After all Swiss schools 🏫 are closed due to the lovely Omikron 🦠. Keep your eyes 👀 open!

Here we are! "Montreux Noël" has been on my Mom's and my bucket list, and we finally got to it. It was freezing cold, and we didn't stay long enough for the sun to go down and the Christmas lights to go on, but it was still very nice.

A friendly reminder to get started. Colin needs to write thank you notes to his skateathon sponsors. Not just any notes, mind you. Autographs 🤩
We are extra grateful that due to his young age, the season is not suspended as it is the case for players older than 16.

Cookie and Biscuit usually focus on surprising Colin and / or the family. Today they did something nice for me. I wanted to order a simple charging cable for my phone 📱 and had to learn that they are out of stock, and I need to wait until late January. Being patient is NOT a strong suit of mine. A girl needs to charge her phone, right? What did our lovely elves do? Got me a generic, reinforced one from the big Swedish 🇸🇪 furniture 🪑 paradise. They even threw in some fairy lights 🤩 for good measure.
I do hope they enjoyed some yummy 😋 köttbullar 🍽 while there.

Family picture: the M&Ms, Cookie and Biscuit are here to sweeten our day. The list of chores is pretty long, so we’ll take the extra sugar to fuel us! Hope your day is going well. One more sleep till Christmas Eve, can you believe it? 

Cookie and Biscuit tried to set up the Christmas Tree 🎄. Looks like they could use a little help.
